L-Glutamine
Glutamine is an amino acid that is converted into
glutamic acid that is readily utilized by the brain for
energy. With enough energy, carbohydrate and sugar craving
diminish.

Glucomannan is a fiber that creates bulk in the intestine and
helps decrease triglycerides. Helps with elevated triglycerides, and is a source of
natural fiber. Is a water soluble fiber from the Konjac Root.
Helpful for diabetes, insulin resistance, and high cholesterol. Take
2 grams 30 minutes before each meal, for total of 6 grams a
day. Also helpful in weight loss programs. Caution in persons
with esophageal disorders.
